Ideally with 3-5 years\' experience of working in HR, you will also lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer management, whilst also ensuring company HR policies are compliant with labour laws and regulations.Our team achieves outstanding results for our external and internal stakeholder through the team\xe2\x80\x99s friendly, professional, resourceful and solution driven attitudes. • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources and Employment related field, or similar.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant and recent work experience ideally in the Resource Energy sector
• Strong knowledge of employment laws in Singapore (essential) & Philippines (highly regarded), HR practices, and compliance requirements.
• Highly confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined person with sound management and organisational skills
• The ability to perform, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Must be able to perform and achieve at a high level with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• A strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ, including psychosocial safety
• The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic project environment driven by deadlines
