Working location: The Concourse
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle--from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent
Create and promote a compelling employer brand to attract Singapore's brightest talent. Be the face of our organization at career fairs and networking events
Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and talent pools, to identify top candidates
Ensure every candidate has a seamless, positive experience, from the first touchpoint to onboarding
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to design effective recruitment strategies that meet market demands
Use metrics and analytics to refine recruitment strategies and deliver measurable hiring results
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and design tailored talent acquisition strategies
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we're always ready to grow

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
