Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Coordinate interviews, prepare HR documents, and schedule appointments
Support payroll processing and leave administration
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits
Participate in employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies
Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination
Track probation, contract renewals, and staff movement
Contribute to HR process improvements and internal audits
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above
Strong interest in HR functions and people operations
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
