Job Type: Contract / Entry Level / 12 Months Specialization: HR Administration (Work Pass & Onboarding) Basic Salary: Up to $3,200 per month + 1 Month Completion Bonus Working Location: Kent Ridge Working Hours: 5 Days\xe2\x80\x99 Work Week. (Monday to Friday, Office Hours)
About the Role: You will be part of the HR Shared Services team to executive HR processes and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.
- Prepare offer letter and tracking of offer acceptance via PowerDocs and DocuSign applications.
- Process staff card, IT documentation and work pass for new hires.
- Manage the electronic filing of employee\xe2\x80\x99s P-files.
- Assist in process improvement activities when required.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in Work Pass and Onboarding Administration will be a plus.
