Human Resource Executive (nursing Home) West Coast

Job Description
We are expanding! Looking for a well-organised HR Generalist for our new nursing home at West Coast Link, you are required to report work at Link@AMK before the West Coast site is ready around end of 2023 . During pre-ops period, you will be mainly involved in recruitment and onboarding planning & process.
Responsibilities You will work with HR team in handling full spectrum of HR operations and administration duties, which include but not limited to:
- recruitment & interview
- onboarding & off boarding
- work pass related matters
- claims reimbursement & leave records
- monthly attendance & payroll closing
- incident reporting & insurance claim submission
- foreign worker accommodation
- MOM compliance
- Formulate SOPs
- staff training course registration
- staff benefits & welfare
- staff engagement
- other duties as assigned by the supervisor and management
- Meticulous & proactive
- Able to multi-task
- Familiar with MOM regulations
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Singaporean only
- 5-day work week
