Human Resource Executive Nursing Home West Coast

Job Description
We are expanding! Looking for a well-organised HR Generalist for our new nursing home at West Coast Crescent, you will start work at HQ office located at Link@AMK before the West Coast site is ready.
Responsibilities You will work with HR team in handling full spectrum of HR operations and administration duties, which include but not limited to:
- recruitment & interview
- onboarding & off boarding
- work pass related matters
- claims reimbursement & leave records
- monthly attendance & payroll closing
- incident reporting & insurance claim submission
- foreign worker accommodation
- MOM compliance
- Formulate SOPs
- staff training course registration
- staff benefits & welfare
- staff engagement
- other duties as assigned by the supervisor and management
- Meticulous & proactive
- Able to multi-task
- Familiar with MOM regulations
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Singaporean only
- 5-day work week
