Job Description
- Leading 3rd Party Logistics MNC
- \xe2\x9e\xa7 Basic $3000 - $3600
- \xe2\x9e\xa7 Permanent Employment
- \xe2\x9e\xa7 5 days (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- \xe2\x9e\xa7 Location: Changi North
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
- Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
- Meet with Department Head to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.
- Responsible for staff\'s grievance & staff confirmation issue
Requirements\xef\xbc\x9a
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Business.
- Min. 1 years of relevant Human Resource Experience .
- Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs.
