Job Description

Recruitment

- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening and scheduling and conducting interviews for both local & foreign candidates.

Employee Life Cycle

- Handle onboarding and offboarding activities. Handle staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion etc.

Compensation and Benefits

- Process monthly Payroll and CPF. Track staff leave, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Handle yearly tax submission and ad hoc tax clearance for foreign employees.

Performance Management

- Track and follow up on confirmation appraisal. Handle yearly performance appraisal exercise.

Other Matters

- Maintaining employee database. Handle work-pass related matter, including application, renewal, issuance and cancellation. Liaise with government agencies on required submission such as MOM Labour Survey, Absentee Payroll, etc. Prepare HR reports for monthly meetings.
REQUIREMENTS


Have at least 1 year experience for payroll processing and recruitment for Singapore Skilled in using Quick HR system for payroll Possesses a pleasant personality and good communication skill Be resourceful, self-motivated, well organized and meticulous for details Familiar with MOM Employment Legislation * Have a good understanding and knowledge of Employment Act, CPF and IRAS tax
