Able to perform end to end recruitment tasks from sourcing, shortlisting, selection, interview and offer employment to suitable candidate.
Conduct initial screening of potential candidates, administer assessments and prepare employment contracts as per guidelines.
Able to analyses various approaches to identifying potential candidates and ensures an engaging and optimal experience for employees.
Plan and executes talent outreach and engagement activities to source for potential candidates and maintain an optimal experience for employees.
Able to conduct background checks, negotiate pay packages and present employment offers to selected candidates.
Understand and able to manage the needs of manpower operations.
Conduct and administer employee engagements surveys and collates responses and feedback while ensuring confidentiality of information provided.
Managing e-leave, roaster and attendance issues.
Handle daily Human Resource functions, operations and administrative matters in the department.
Manage all work pass related issues, renewal and cancelation.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the management .

Requirements

Min Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in HRM or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of HR generalist role preferable
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Law and HR practices
Meticulous, detailed, well-organized, proactive and able to multi-task & work in fast pace environment
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with employees at all levels
Strong in Talent Attraction and Employee Experience and Relations
