Job Scope: To assist the team in handling day to day HR operational matters. Duties include the following:
Create and update leave records in the HR system in accordance with HDB's leave policy and guidelines
Prepare email drafts on leave matters
Respond to staff enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist in generating leave reports and ensure accurate leave records
Process and verify dental and medical claims in accordance with client's policy and guideline
Manage distribution and stocktaking of Corporate T-shirts
Assist staff with holiday bungalow bookings
Undertake additional administrative tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Candidates with relevant HR experience and familiarity with employment law and/or Compensation and Benefits areas are preferred
Prior working experience in the public service is an advantage
