Our Client is a leader, setting the trend with advanced security systems, Robots and high-end technology to enhance Security Provision to the next level.

Summary:

• Working hours : Mon-Fri
• Working day: 9.00am - 6.00pm
• Salary : $2800 - $3300
• Location : Ubi Ave 3 (Nearest MRT is Macpherson)

Duties &Responsibilities ofJob Role

• Identify, access future and current training needs through job analysis, according to site requirement, career paths and consultation with the Company Director and operations team
• Plan, schedule and coordinate training with the operations team and the employee
• Create monthly and yearly training plan based on client's requirement and PWM Grade.
• Administration of training records and registration of courses
• Produce and compile all training material for record and audit purposes
• To coordinate with the training centre the e-learning training content
• To lead, liaise with relevant authorities to ensure all audits meet the compliance for internal & external audits
• Handle enquiries and feedback on training courses
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned including on-boarding and employees' contract

Qualifications:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or any other related field discipline
• Min 1 year of relevant experience in Security Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Possess strong writing and communication skills to engage employees and also external parties at various levels
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Demonstrate initiative, versability, adaptability and good problem and excellent problem-solving abilities in a challenging environment
