Responsibilities

: " Job Responsibilities Ownership in all HR areas across the Group, including development, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and facilities management A strategic partner to the businesses to design, align, drive, and execute HR policies and procedures in compliance with appropriate ordinances. Coordinate and manages annual Budgets and quarterly Rolling Forecasts. Manages annual performance appraisal and incentive programs for the Group. Identify gaps and plan processes at various levels and drive alignment across business entities to ensure consistent application of processes/programs and principles. Directly manage the recruitment cycle for all managerial positions Keep updated on employment laws and employment best practices Design and implement various HR programs to enhance employees engagement Compile and present monthly HR related reports and analytics for management review Manage and/or participate in ad-hoc HR projects/initiatives Review and verify staff and management payroll computation Manage office administrative matters Qualifications / Experience Diploma or University education in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification At least 2 years of hands-on related experience in HRM Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently A good team player and leader ", "identifier":{ "@type": "PropertyValue", "name":"Mixgo Pte.
