1. Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company;
2. Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements;
3. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation;
4. Prepare and submit IRAS IR21 and clearance;
5. Manage day - to -day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing hr related documents;
6. Monitor daily attendance of stations gardeners on site;
7. Arrange with Primary Care Plan (PCP) registration for new employees;
8. Handling Work Injury reporting to MOM and processing its insurance claims;
9. Handles & complies to mandatory government surveys;
10. Manage day to day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR related documents;
11. Arrange check-in and check-out of workers in the Dormitory;
12. Prepare report payroll summary and Levy;
13. Handle enquiries relating HR and ad hoc assignments as required;
14. Details and result oriented with great coordination and organizational skills;
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required. Able to work Monday's to Saturday's.
Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill.
