Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management Requirements . Min Degree in Human Resources from a recognized university . Min 1 year of experience required . Office Hours/ 5 Days . Excellent communication skills is a must .
