Job Description

As at 27 April 2023, the Group\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of 35 operational accommodation assets comprises approximately 66,083 beds. Centurion\xe2\x80\x99s established portfolio of workers accommodation assets are managed under the \xe2\x80\x9cWestlite\xe2\x80\x9d brand and comprises nine workers accommodation assets in Singapore as well as eight workers accommodation assets in Malaysia. The Group\xe2\x80\x99s student accommodation assets are managed under the \xe2\x80\x9cdwell\xe2\x80\x9d brand, with 10 assets in the UK, and two assets in Australia.

In line with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s asset light strategy to scale up in an efficient, sustainable manner, Centurion also launched and manages two private funds. Under the inaugural Centurion US Student Housing Fund launched in November 2017 in which Centurion has a 28.7% stake, the Group holds a portfolio of six assets in the US. The Group has also established the Centurion Student Accommodation Fund in December 2018 to invest in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation globally (ex-US).

With global reach and a clear growth strategy to actively enhance and manage its assets, identify strategic acquisitions supported by joint ventures and investment funds, and expand business and revenue streams through management services and ancillary accommodation-related services, Centurion has evolved to become a leading Singapore-based provider of quality specialised accommodation around the world.



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Team in HRIS (BIPO) projects relating to employee lifecycle.
  • Administrative exercise on organizing performance review, financial analysis and report consolidation
  • Prepare report and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Assist in recruitment related task.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned on ad-hoc basis
Learning Outcomes and Objectives:
  • Gain knowledge in HRIS system (BIPO) and applying HR concepts during system discussion
  • Gain a good understanding of cross-cultural working environment
  • Gain knowledge in recruitment process
  • Apply classroom learning in professional environment
Preferred Requirements:
  • Prefer candidate with finance and business management Information Technology (IT) or Human Resource (HR) field of study
  • Interest in real estate industry especially in the area of asset/property management or hospitality management
  • Good analytical, financial and modelling skills
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Team player detail-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Supervision by Human Resource Assistant Manager
