Its ability to control food safety hazards in the work processes has enabled OJJ Foods to attain the ISO 22000 Food Safety standards certification.OJJ Foods operates out of a plant graded \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 by Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore.SUMMARY:You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with the Human Resource Team; where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the digitalisation and transformational effort of our company while gaining hands-on experience through participation in human resource projects.Main duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in the operationalisation of new HR Information System (HRIS) software modules; namely Employee Onboarding & Training Management
• Assist with recruitment and training application process
• Handle employees\xe2\x80\x99 on and off boarding process

• Dive deep into understanding our workflows and process steps to establish the process map
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvement plan
• Opportunity to participate in human resource projects as part of process mapping
