1. Provide recruitment support to the organization, including sourcing for talent, posting, social media, cold calling, scheduling interviews, onboarding and administrative work.
2. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
3. Assist director with administrative matters and projects.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, expense reports, invoices, and other relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and provide assistance and support as needed. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in any field
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in using office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to converse in Mandarin
No experience needed, training will be provided
