Human Resource Intern

Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day operations and participate in HR projects that contribute to the overall initiatives of the team.





Key Responsibilities:



Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents. Take part in the recruitment and selection process, including posting of job advertisements, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support. Supporting the HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Research, plan and coordinate staff activities/welfare programs Provide ad-hoc support to HR projects as assigned

Who are we looking for:



Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information. Willingness to learn and take initiative in tasks * Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months
