Requirements:

  • Assist in managing staffs\xe2\x80\x99 learning and development needs
  • Plan and coordinate activities for staffs\xe2\x80\x99 welfare, training, teambuilding needs
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and its process flow
  • Support any administrative duties required
  • Assist in campus recruitment activities which includes intern and management trainee recruitment planning
  • Support on the execution of the recruitment cycle of potential candidates for BBP\xe2\x80\x99s internship and scholarship programmes including but not limited to sourcing, screening, and selections
  • Liaise with universities, interact with students, and place advertisements to promote our company brand
  • Welcoming new employees to the organization, coordinate and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Contribute to data entry and analysis for HR metrics and reports.
  • Collaborate on HR initiatives and projects, offering your insights and assistance.
  • Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Support exit interviews
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
  • Able to commit at least 6 months.
  • Based in Singapore.
