Mosanco Group of Companies is an establishment founded to welcome you with cozy ambience, speciality dishes and cold brews any time, any day. As our brand has grown over the years, we are currently operating 8 outlets islandwide including a boards game cafe and an event rental space!

About the HR Team & Our People

You can expect to receive full support and assistance from us in HR as we guide you to ensure the wellbeing of our family in Mosanco Enchanted Cafe. We are looking for someone who has the heart to discover new things and understand our team's needs and aspirations, passionate to develop our food brand and through these experiences, expand your career and personal development journey with us.



You'll get exposed to:

Support management team by conceptualising and structuring in-house training programmes and guidelines

Prepare materials for employee training such as Powerpoint presentations etc.

Assisting trainers during workshops

Day to day HR administration, including filing, scanning, documentation, data-entry, etc.

Support in all adhoc activities and HR related matters as and when required

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and effective listening skills to understand one another
• Seeks to build a brand by strengthening the relationship and synergy of our team members
• Eager to learn new things, and suggest new ideas! Our HR team loves openness and introduction to fresh ideas as we constantly strive to improve and upgrade ourselves, and our brand
• Has a sharp eye for detail, and is not afraid to take on challenges within our team
• Currently studying a Human Resource-related course, or possess a Human Resource-related educational certificate (Polytechnic/University undergraduates/graduates are welcome!)
• If you are able to start immediately for a minimum of 3 months, it will be a huge advantage
