We are working with a renowned property development firm with a strong presence in various regions. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they specialise in creating high-quality residential and commercial projects. Their latest venture involves an offshore project in Cambodia, where they are dedicated to delivering exceptional results while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resource Manager to lead all HR activities for the business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in overseeing full sets of HR functions, including payroll, compliance, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and performance appraisal. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR operations in alignment with the company\'s objectives and values.Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company\'s goals and objectives.
-Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
HR Operations Management:
-Oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
-Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as internal HR policies and procedures.
-Manage payroll processing and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any payroll-related issues.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
-Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
-Develop effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
-Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate career development.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
-Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
-Conduct regular benchmarking exercises to ensure that our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive in the market.
-Provide guidance and support to employees on matters related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
-Foster a positive and inclusive work environment conducive to employee engagement and productivity.
-Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
-Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and team cohesion.Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
-At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of success in managing HR functions for large-scale projects or organizations.
-Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and regulations.
-Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
