What the role is:The Learning & Development (L&D) Section devises, develops and implements learning strategies, policies and programmes to build an agile and future-ready workforce for HDB. We are seeking a passionate Human Resource Manager (Learning & Development) to support the growth and development of our employees. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing innovative learning solutions to meet HDB's learning needs, build required capabilities in our employees and contribute to our digitalisation efforts.What you will be working on:Capability Development: xe2x80xa2 Develop and implement a wide-range of L&D initiatives, policies and schemes xe2x80xa2 Design and deployment of company-wide organisational development programmes including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training and soft skills learning xe2x80xa2 Conduct learning needs analysis and review of competency-based learning roadmaps to keep the roadmaps fresh and relevant for the present and future xe2x80xa2 Facilitate learning sessions by engaging internal and external stakeholders, such as senior/middle management, consultants and training providers xe2x80xa2 Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvements xe2x80xa2 Prepare management reports for effectiveness review of learning initiatives or interventions xe2x80xa2 Procure related services and track budgets for learning initiatives HR Business Partnering: xe2x80xa2 Partner with Group business leaders to identify individual and group developmental needs xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with Group business leaders to align learning plans with performance goals xe2x80xa2 Provide consultancy on L&D matters and facilitate deployment of L&D initiatives at Groups xe2x80xa2 Assess the success of L&D initiatives and help employees make the best of learning opportunities Operations and Facility Management: xe2x80xa2 Operations planning & management of MyLearningSpace - an in-house learning facility at HDB Hub xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including line managers and contractors (facility, IT, maintenance), to ensure the smooth operation of MyLearningSpace for the effective deployment & delivery of capability development programmes at the premiseWhat we are looking for:
