Pacific Rehab Group is a Singapore-based healthcare provider & comprehensive medical recruitment solution provider, specializing in rehabilitation and allied health services. Our multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Therapists delivers evidence-based care to support clients in achieving optimal independence and quality of life.
We partner with nursing homes, hospitals, and community organizations to provide both on-site, manpower support services and consultancy in dementia care, environmental design, and staff training. With an established pool of clinicians, we are able to optimize and empower our healthcare partners to grow and scale up their service expansions.

Work Setting : 3 days per week, onsite

• Human Resource Support & Admin Duties - Involved in the role creation, shortlisting of candidates, job postings, and providing HR support using HR software.
• Admin Tasks: Handling various administrative duties, such as data entry, managing databases and preparing presentations.
• Work closely with the team to collaborate on projects and contributing to team meetings and discussions.
• Content Creation:

• Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, website copy, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Social Media Management:

• Assist in managing social media accounts, monitor engagement, and contribute to so+cial media post and strategies.
• Campaign Support:

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including setting up ad placements and tracking performance metrics.
• Event Planning & Support:

• Organize and execute promotional events, including logistics, materials, and on-site support.
