Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and cheerful individual who likes to pick up new challenges and put them into use at work. Able to speak and communicate to all levels of people. Have a good listening ear, show empathy and good organising skills.

• To provide administrative support to the HR Manager (L&D) which include but not limited to planning, communication, course registration, implementation, organizing and obtain feedback.
• To conduct analysis, and prepare reports on training matters.
• To performance records maintenance, learning library maintance, etc
• To assist the manager in organising and implementing all in-house trainings and events.
• To assist the HR Manager to manage/administer the HR systems including learning systems, in relation to L&D, LNA, & other initiatives driven at company/department.
• To prepare, design training materials, follow up on payments.
• To perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min a diploma in HR, Business or related studies
• 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Good proficiency in MS Office (eg Powerpoint and Excel)
• Good communication skills
