Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and employee relations.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, SP, EP, Core Trade, BCA).
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate staff records.
Administer insurance, medical, training, and employee welfare matters.
Support payroll processing, CPF submissions, and statutory reporting (IR8A, IR21).
Liaise with government agencies, banks, vendors, and training providers.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies.
Assist in HR initiatives such as staff engagement, CSR, and WSH activities.
Manage administrative duties such as documentation, petty cash, and purchasing.
Provide HR and admin support to management and handle ad-hoc assignments.
