Human Resource Officer

Job Description

Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and employee relations. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, SP, EP, Core Trade, BCA). Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate staff records. Administer insurance, medical, training, and employee welfare matters. Support payroll processing, CPF submissions, and statutory reporting (IR8A, IR21). Liaise with government agencies, banks, vendors, and training providers. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies. Assist in HR initiatives such as staff engagement, CSR, and WSH activities. Manage administrative duties such as documentation, petty cash, and purchasing. Provide HR and admin support to management and handle ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:



Degree in Human Resource Management. Minimum 5 years of HR or administrative experience in singapore, preferably in the construction & process industry. Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented, discreet with confidential information, and able to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. * 6-day work week; immediate starters are an advantage.
