Overview:



We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Human Resource Officer

to support the full spectrum of HR functions and play a key role in strengthening our people operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work closely with management to ensure smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



HR Operations:

Oversee and execute daily HR operations including payroll administration, employee records management, and HR reporting.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process -- from job posting and shortlisting to onboarding and orientation.

Performance Management:

Support performance appraisal cycles and assist managers in setting KPIs, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.

Employee Relations:

Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional and confidential manner.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer and review payroll, leave, claims, and benefits programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

HR Policy & Compliance:

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore's labor laws and company regulations; support internal audits and policy updates.

Training & Development:

Coordinate employee training, workshops, and learning programs to promote continuous skill development.

Employee Engagement:

Support initiatives that enhance engagement, morale, and retention through surveys, events, and recognition programs.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

Prepare HR dashboards and provide data insights on turnover, absenteeism, and manpower trends.

Support HR Projects:

Participate in HR digitalization, policy reviews, or organizational development projects as assigned.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with exposure to full HR functions. Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR practices, and MOM regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. * Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, IHRP) is an advantage.
