Manage day-to-day HR operations, including the preparation and filing of documents, work pass applications, payroll administration and process improvement
Work collaboratively with the Managers and Employees to deliver the HR services efficiently and effectively so as to enhance employee experience
Oversee the maintenance of HR data and ensure quality data management throughout the employee life cycle
Ensure the generation, organization and analysis of key HR metrics to support Business decision making
Actively lead / participate in HR related projects to enhance efficiency and optimize processes
Requirements:
7 to 10 years of HR Operations / Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR trends
Team player and demonstrates a positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
Detail oriented and willing to be hands on
Numerically inclined and highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
Able to work independently, under pressure and manage tight deadlines
