Job description

Human Resource:
  • Draft or/and disseminate HR and company information
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for organisation/HR activity
  • Maintain HR database records
  • Handle or/and escalate HR/admin/organisation-related requests or query
  • Collate and compile nomination/survey/feedback result
  • Process employee compensation and benefit
  • Maintain employees\' timesheets, claims and annual leaves
  • Preparing and renewing of employees\' contracts and work orders for clients
  • Handle records and paperwork
  • Produce business documents using software
Recruitment:
  • Source recruitment platform, prepare job profiling and/or coordinate recruitment advertisement placement
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements online
  • Screening candidates by filtering, performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience on their resume
  • Coordinate and schedule interview sessions
  • Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails
  • Working closely with the human resources department on administrative tasks and handling any relevant paperwork
  • Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
  • Organise and prepare candidate information and documents for the selection process
  • Handle records and paperwork
Requirement:
  • Minimum higher-nitec and above (HR related)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good eye for creatives
  • Familiar with using Canva, etc
  • Possess good interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of sales approach and conversion
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized and meticulous
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Able to think critically and exercise effective judgment independently
  • Well-versed in MS Office, online applications
  • Familiar with google drive, docs, and sheet
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
Salary: SGD800 Job Types: Remote, Internship Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm Duration: Minimum 6 months
