Provide accurate and timely general administrative HR support to the retail businesses in the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand
Prepare Monthly Payroll instructions for 3 countries
Ensure compliance to statutory requirements
Ensure all new hire paperwork, offer letters and employment contracts are completed
Maintain accuracy of HR Systems data
Asia in yearly tax filing
Data Collection and Analysis
Data collection, reporting and analysis of HR metrics
Providing support in key HR projects
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
IT literate with a strong proficiency in MS Office ( word, powerpoint, excel) .
Understanding of local employment law/acts
Diploma/ Advance Diploma
Minimum of 2 year(s) experience needed for this position
