Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Source and select quality candidates that match the specific recruitment needs of clients
- Search and create a pool of candidates though various mode of sourcing
- Identify potential candidates through screening and interviewing of applicants
- Perform job matching and selection process
- Arrange candidate interview and follow up with both candidates and clients on outcome to the interview
- Conduct and complete job applicant reference checks and other pre-employment procedures
- Manage candidates through to onboarding
- Preferably possess CEI license but not a must.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with in-house experience
- Have in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding
- Able to handle work independently
- Have a good understanding of jobs under your care and develop a strong and updated talent database
Contract length: 12 months Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Human resources: 5 years (Preferred)
