Job Description

  • Handles End to End Recruitment
  • Prepare and updates 201 files
  • Process Daily Time Records, Leave of Absence, Change in Schedule
  • Process government-mandated benefits like SSS salary and calamity loan
  • Serve NTE to employees and handles disciplinary actions
  • Enforces company rules and regulations
  • Manages the admin functions such as filing documents and confidential records; process business permits and licences
  • Checking and recording of reimbursements, billings such as electricity, water, internet
  • Act as Petty cash custodian
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Psychology/Human Resources Management or any 4 yrs related courses
  • With at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resource and Admin
  • Demonstrates the ability to work fairly and independently
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Keen to details and goal-oriented
  • Willing to work from Mon - Saturdays including Holidays
  • Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:
