  • Manage existing staff scheduling and outlet planning
  • Oversee career development and progression
  • Implement HR policies and improve in system workflow
  • Manpower sourcing and interview
  • Manage annual leave, MC and off
  • Support in company monthly payroll and bonus calculation
  • Support in administrative task such as implementation of policy, courses application
  • Secretary for monthly meetings and arrangement of directors schedule
  • Work directly with directors to improve work environments
