Job Description

Responsibilities Manage/assist monthly payroll calculation and execution (salaries, leave, and other compensation calculations) - PayDay Payroll system Issuance of all HR letters such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, etc. Assist in the recruitment process including the job posting, conducting interviews, and on and off-boarding of the candidates. Ensure HR practices are in compliance with policies and local regulations. Process and follow-through applications with and keep abreast of the changes of MOM, and other government legislative Handle full range of daily HR operations, including but not limited to leave management, benefits administration, etc. HR data analysis, reporting, and surveys, e.g. MOM/CPF/MAS surveys, etc. Apply, maintain and process the renewal of work passes, foreign medical insurance, etc. Ensures data in HR systems are updated promptly and accurately This role will be the point of contact to provide on-the-ground HR services Any other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Words and Excel Proactive and able to execute tasks within tight deadlines Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
