HR Assistant

Reporting to our HR Business Partner, the HR Assistant will act as a support to the HR function and will be an active contributor in a wide range of HR activities. This will involve dealing with the full spectrum of HR activities such as payroll, reporting, support and working closely with employees across the business.

Responsibilities

• Supports full spectrum of HR guidelines and processes across the business globally
• Responsible for HR and administrative support
• Maintains HR documents and files
• Ensures HRIS is well maintained with updated records
• Supports in the integration of various HR processes with HRIS
• Maintains appropriate reporting records each month for HR and for Finance related to headcount
• Assists in delivery and planning of induction sessions for new joiners
• Assists in the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees
• Assists to initiate, plan and implement people-related activities

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Creative problem solver, able to think out of the box, with the ability to deliver results
• Driven to deliver personal best
• Independent with ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Strong attention to details
• Tech savvy with minimally intermediate competence in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Bamboo HR an advantage.
