Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time?
What you'll be doing:
Review resumes and applications to find great matches for our open roles.
Conduct friendly phone screenings to get to know candidates and understand their career goals.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers -- making sure everything runs smoothly!
Follow up with candidates after interviews, sharing feedback and next steps in a timely and professional way.
Keep our recruitment records organized and updated so the process stays seamless.
Requirements:

  • Minimum "A" Level, local Polytechnic Diploma and above
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
