About the Role:




The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting the school's mission and objectives by providing strategic and operational HR support and guidance. This is a dynamic and hands-on position that requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Position Requirements:



At least 3 years' experience in HR Demonstrates the highest level of ethical behavior and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information Works effectively, professionally and tactfully with a diverse workforce, the leadership team and external parties Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and inspire Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data related to various HR metrics Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Sound working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment laws in the education sector Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Demonstrates the Stamford Values - Integrity, Courage, Ingenuity and Compassion

Qualifications:




Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD).
