Key responsibilities

  • Support one of the key business divisions at the strategic level, partnering closely with the Business Division Head and other senior stakeholders to continuously review and improve the quality delivery of HR services.
  • Provide sound HR advice on all strategic people matters, working with the broader HR Team on continuous improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs and processes.
  • Provide support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management, employment relations, HR processes, and systems.
Role requirements
  • Degree qualified with at least 8 years of generalist HR or HR Business Partner experience
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing and presentation skills.
  • A self starter who is agile, inquisitive and keen to learn.
