POSITION SUMMARY
Support in the recruitment and selection process; source, screen and interview of candidates
Administer on-boarding and off-boarding processes of new hires and leavers
Manage the employee life-cycle including employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, reference checks as well as work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
Update employee movements into HRIS
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
Report & submit Work Injury Compensation claims
Verify and process transport claims
Prepare monthly payroll related documents & e-claims for payroll to process
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
Follow all company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Support team to reach common goals
Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Exposure to HR operations and experience in hospitality industry would be an advantage
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
