Our Client would like to invite experience individuals to join their Singapore Team as in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist / Consultant to oversee full-cycle recruiting. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires, and creating strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring needs. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through databases, online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening, assessments and in-person interviews Lead employer branding initiatives Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports Perform exit interviews The Ideal Candidate Min Degree in Human Capital Management and related discipline Proven work experience in TA or similar role Experience in technical recruitment will be an added advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good team player and ability to work independently Other Information Working Location : MacPherson Road Working Hours : Hybrid Public Trpt : MRT Potong Pasir SBS Bus : 8, 61, 64, 65, 90, 125, 151, 154 Please forward your resume in editable docx / text / rtf format to or whatsapp 91396248 for a brief discussion.
