HR INTERN

As part of a strong, closely knit HR team in The Providore Singapore Pte Ltd. ("Company"), you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in several key HR projects, relating to positively transform the overall employee experience in the workplace through implementation of the right technological tools, accuracy of data and information, creation of important people analytics related to business success, as well as talent acquisition, engagement activities and events.

(1) HR Information / Management System (HRIS / HRMS)
  • Business Process Overview (BPO) study
  • Accurate mapping of business requirements
  • Data cleansing, upload and maintenance
  • Structural and rules set-up
  • Creation of required reports
(2) People Analytics
  • Learn and be exposed to value of people analytics, relating to how the data and information can support business improvement and sustenance
(3) Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Be actively and directly involved in supporting end-to-end process of talent acquisition / recruitment
(4) Pre-Opening and Launch of New Outlet & 10th Year Anniversary Party
  • Be directly involved in supporting the pre-opening and launch of the latest new outlet and be part of the planning committee for the Company\'s 10th Year Anniversary Party
(5) Staff Appreciation Party / Dinner & Dance
  • Be part of the planning committee for the Company\'s Staff Appreciation Party / Dinner & Dance
+ Any other skill development or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Group HR Director

Job Requirements:
  • Undergraduate / Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 4 to 6 months commitment period required due to the planned objectives to be achieved
  • Able to cohesively work in a strong, positive team environment
  • Comfortable in communicating with colleagues from all levels
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset will be advantageous
  • High levels of attention to detail, with meticulous accuracy in data and information
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
