Job Description

Our client manages the distribution and marketing of beauty products in Southeast Asia. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR department in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be an HR generalist with a proven track record in recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and HR operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of all HR operations in the company. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company\'s goals and values
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement learning & development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
• Manage the compensation & benefits program, including salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and employee benefits
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Singapore
• Manage the work permit process for foreign employees
• Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
• Report directly to the General Manager in Singapore

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the personal care industry
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and HR operations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $5,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month Education:
