Key Responsibilities
Oversee full HR operations, including
recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and performance management
.
Manage end-to-end
recruitment and onboarding
for both local and foreign employees.
Handle all
MOM-related applications
(Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) and ensure legal compliance.
Administer
monthly payroll
, CPF contributions, IR8A/IR21 filings, and employee benefits.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Support
employee relations
, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Drive
training and development
initiatives to enhance staff capabilities.
Prepare
HR reports
and assist management in workforce planning and budgeting.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment aligned with company values.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in
Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
.
Minimum
5 years of relevant HR experience
, including supervisory or managerial role.
Strong understanding of
Singapore Employment Act
,
MOM regulations
, and
HR best practices
.
Proficient in HRMS / payroll systems (e.g., Info-Tech, Talenox, QuickHR, Payboy).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
