Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Human Resource (HR) Manager to join the parts distribution facility located in Singapore. This role will see you responsible for providing both operational and transactional advice to employees and leaders within the facility across a wide range of HR functions including general HR advice and guidance, employment relations, performance management, employee engagement, consulting and counselling, labor hire management, recruitment and selection and adhoc HR administration, etc. In addition, the role will be responsible for supporting the learning and development function of the facility.

Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

\xc2\xb7 Consult and counsel all levels of management, salaried and hourly employees;

\xc2\xb7 Provide general HR advice and guidance to both blue and white collar employees;

\xc2\xb7 Provide coaching and guidance to local leaders on best practices to assist in their leadership development;

\xc2\xb7 Assist leaders with performance management and disciplinary action;

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with national HR team to drive consistency across multiple facilities;

\xc2\xb7 Manage end to end production recruitment campaigns for all openings within the facility;

\xc2\xb7 Manage the exit process for all departing employees;

\xc2\xb7 Manage temporary labour hire and build external relationships with agency providers;

\xc2\xb7 Lead new employee onboarding and induction programs;

\xc2\xb7 Maintain employee personnel files and HR information systems with a high level of data accuracy;

Required Skill and Experience

Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma (HR or related field preferred, though not a must), and/or 5 years of HR generalist experience.

Experience in Logistics or similar environment.

Experience in Industrial Relations and employment law.

Good communication skills.

Knowledge of Human Resources practices.

Strong in HR operations skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and resilient to changes.

Comfortable interacting with employees at different levels of the organization.

Competent in MS office applications.
