• Collaboration and build strong relationships with business leaders, regional stakeholders, build Long-term & short-term HR plans
• Implement change management plans, identify gaps from regional to local initiatives
• Take ownership of employee engagements, diversity, inclusion and equalities initiatives
• Support compliances with local regulatory frameworks
• Introduce positive mindset, listen to employees, providing employee development plans
• Collaborate closely with other HR functions

• Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience, with recent years focusing in HR Business Partnering.
• Experience in change management and strategic workforce planning.
• Experience collaborating with various senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge in Human resources functions and ability to collaborate in other HR functions
