One month Work From Abroad: Combine travel and work for one month on top of your Annual Leave What will you be doing?

  • Developing, implementing and reviewing HR policies in order to propose suitable recommendations to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy
  • Conducting recruitment activities to source for and recruit quality applicants
  • Conducting onboarding programs for new hires
  • Overseeing and managing the performance appraisal system to increase work productivity. Ensuring end of probation and performance reviews are held in a timely and efficient manner by managers
  • Helping managers to assess and plan training programs to increase the capabilities of the workforce
  • Preparing analysis reports and conducting market surveys on compensation and benefits to enhance the attractiveness of the company
  • Identifying talents and supporting them with management training to equip them with the ability to undertake management roles
  • Bridging management and employee relations by collecting feedback from the employees and addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Promoting corporate values and culture to shape a conducive and unique work environment
  • Ensuring legal compliance to the local regulations and labour laws
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll and statutory submissions for employees
  • Maintaining and updating employees\xe2\x80\x99 personnel files regularly for forecasting of manpower allocation and cost of labour
  • Participating in weekly meetings and presentations
We are looking for someone who:
  • Aligns with our culture and values
  • Is self-motivated and independent
  • Has at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources and managing a whole spectrum of HR tasks from recruitment to developing policies etc, preferably in the Hospitality industry
  • Has a deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations, including those related to labour relations, equal employment opportunity, and workplace safety
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, as HR Managers often need to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation
  • Has strong leadership and management abilities
  • Is able to align HR strategies and initiatives with the organisation\'s overall business goals and objectives
  • Has effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to address various HR-related issues and challenges
  • Possesses strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively
