We are now recruiting a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted and credible people partner to the senior management and functional teams to participate in the people strategy for growing, retaining and engaging the employees. He/she will be enhancing the employee life cycle experience in a fast growing environment, while optimizing and scaling day-to-day people processes and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and managing HR initiatives in the organisation that covers its operations and Singapore and partners in Vietnam and India. RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage HR operation activities: e.g. talent acquisition and recruitment, issuance of offer letters, on-boarding of new employees, exit reviews, etc. Partner with senior management and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. Coach and mentor business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case. Be the ambassador for the Doxa values and organisational culture as well as plan and implement activities to continue driving employee engagement. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of Human Resources working experience. Work experience in start-up, information technology, and face-paced environment highly preferred. Experience in managing and negotiating contracts with outsource partners preferred. Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management and employee development. Must have extensive and in-depth knowledge of local compliance and labor laws. Experience within the e-commerce or technology sector preferred. Strong written and oral English. OTHER INFORMATION: . Location : Jalan Besar . Working hours : 9.00am to 6.00pm (5 Days) .
