Data Centre / Engineering & Building Services / Employee Act
Responsibilities
Handle the full spectrum of HR functions includes recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, work pass applications / renewal, leave management, payroll processing, yearly staff annual appraisals, and other HR related matters.
Generate monthly payroll reports and process overtime payment
Timely submission of CPF contributions, IR21, IR8A, levy claim application, government survey and other statutory submissions.
Ensure accurate and timely update of staff details in ERP system and maintain proper filing.
Update MOM for changes in foreign worker details, such as passport, residential address, mobile and etc.
Manage and implement HR policies, and ensure the staff are in compliance with both The Company\'s rules and regulations as well as local authorities such as MOM, IRAS and etc.
Maintain and timely renew of group medical insurance, WICA, and Security Bond.
Prepare letters and internal announcement as and when required.
Maintain and update Employee Handbook
Assist on Planning and organizing company event
Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience required
Good knowledge of the Employee Act and Singapore labour laws
