Caterpillar\'s Excavation Division is seeking a talented Human Resources Representative in Singapore.

As a Human Resources Representative, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support and analysis to Caterpillar\'s Excavation Division, which has over 5,000 employees located across the world. This role works with the Human Resources team and business leaders to execute HR operational duties, data analysis, and support in driving HR initiatives.

The primary responsibilities for this position will be to:

• Drive HR operations excellence while executing HR functions of employees\' life cycle - from recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits.
• Execute and implement HR policies and processes, with a HR business partnering mindset.
• Manage and guide leaders and employees on using HR systems such as Workday
• Support leaders in managing employee issues and questions.
• Play an active role to support the business unit\'s strategy and business growth in attracting and retaining talent.
• Drive improvements in HR processes and taking a lean approach.
• Any other projects and duties as needed.

Required Skill and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma (HR or related field preferred, though not a must), and/or 3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with employees at different levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and resilient to changes.
• Proactive to raise issues and suggest solutions for improvement.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Strong in HR operations skills.
• Competent in MS office applications.
