DESIGNATION : Human Resources Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities for the company to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s human resources and administration operations to insure company efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Ensure that the company\xe2\x80\x99s operational procedures, policies and standards are adhered to and comply with the country\xe2\x80\x99s labor legal and regulating requirement.
  • Lead the staff team with the development of long term plans, evaluate the plans along the way and make necessary decision to achieve corporate goals as established by the management.
  • Provide flexible support for team members and other teams and foster a positive and a motivating environment.
  • Promote a culture that reflects the company\xe2\x80\x99s value.
  • Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization\'s personnel policies and practices.
  • Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs and report to the management on the progress of the short and long term manpower plans, and advice the management on necessary changes to ensure that the plans are in line with the company policies and goals.
  • Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
  • Develop and administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
  • Develop recruitment process, identify staff vacancies, recruit, interview and select applicants.
  • Develop new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Plan, organize, direct, or coordinate personnel training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
  • Develop and/or administer special projects in areas such as corporate social responsibility programs and employee awards.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 8 years of Human Resources experience, of which at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in report writing and presentation.
  • Well-verse in Microsoft office application especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with people of all levels in order to foster collaborative practices.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to use a wide range of evidence from diverse sources to identify problems, understand them, and develop effective solutions.
  • Lead by example and take ownership of projects or task rendered using a \xe2\x80\x9chands on\xe2\x80\x9d approach to drive every task to completion.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and handle pressure well.
