We are looking for a Human Resources/Training Manager to join our team!

As a Human Resources/Training Manager, we rely on you to:

Be responsible for providing and supporting the accomplishment of hotel and department goals and objectives in all areas of Human Resources, inclusive of Learning and Development initiatives under the guidance of Director of Human Resources.

A few of the defining attributes of the Human Resources/Training Manager, includes engaging personality and exceptional people management skills coupled with creativity and innovation. Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Human Resources processes and procedures and the ability to create a Learning Culture of the company by demonstrating key competencies in Learning and Development functions.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a passion for people

Preferably possesses relevant experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development

Knowledge of local labour laws and industrial relations

Has good communication and people management skills

Has strong presentation skills, conducting training and developing learning & development Framework

Enjoys interacting with people

A team player, goals oriented, dependent, highly motivated, and with a high speed of execution.
